About Me

I have 4 kids, Kade is 16, Madalyn is 15, Keegan is 12, and Aiden is 8. I love math and most all things about it. Statistics and the history of math are probably my very favorite areas of mathematics. I have a BS in Mathematics from Tarleton State University. I have been teaching since 1993.

I love being creative. I have been doing different types of needle arts since I was a small child. I sew, smock, knit, crochet, spin yarn, embroider, etc. Now that I am older, I understand that much of what has always appealed to me about these things is how much they depend on mathematics.
