Welcome Back to School!
I hope that the first day of school went well for everyone! It is very late the night before as I type this and I'm a bit apprehensive, as I'm certain many of your kiddos are. Please be patient while I get this page set up.
My name is Carrie Baker. I have worked at HISD since 1993 as a high school and junior high math and technology teacher. This year I will be teaching high school Digital Graphics, Desktop Publishing, AP Statistics, and 7th grade math. In addition I am the HJH Cheerleading sponsor and HHS Flag Sponsor.
I love working with kids. I will post accomplishments of my kids in extracurricular activities here, as well as information about what we do in class and where you find out more about what we are learning. I have set up a twitter account, allcarriedaway2, for those of you who do use twitter. I will do my very best to send out reminders about important events in class, such as tests or projects.
